Telur Utuh : 500 gr

Air : 125 gr

Minyak Goreng : 125 gr



B. Whip Topping Gold Label (sudah dicairkan) : 350 gr

Peach nectar/juice : 130 gr

Gula halus : 40 gr

Trans Orange food Colouring : secukupnya

Trans Mousse Powder Netral : 25 gr

Air Mineral untuk melarutkan Mousse Powder : 25 gr

Buah Peach (potong bentuk kubus) : 180 gr



C. Garnishing

Crystal Jelly Glasses : 200 gr

Air Mineral : 20 gr

Trans Colouring Yellow : 1 gr
